Help Larry do what should've been done a long time ago.... clean up this city! Those bastards flying around calling themselves "heroes" aren't as heroic as people think they are. Every fight to "save the city" only causes endless property damages and destruction. This city needs a real hero, and he's not afraid to clean up these streets.
